Conditions
- Rates do not include taxes of 12.6%
- No Smoking or Pets
- $100.00 security deposit required
- No refunds if cancellation occurs within 30 days of stay date
- For rentals from May 23-September 1 first night rental required with deposit
- If renting less than 5 nights a cleaning charge of $80.00 will be added.
- If you wish to have cleaning during your stay ask for price.
- All rental charges due 30 days prior to arrival date
- Rates listed above are for a two night minimum stay. Fall weekends require a three night minimum stay.
