January 1-Memorial Day	$150.00 2 night minimum
Memorial Day-July 31	$200.00 5 night minimum
August 1-December 31	$185.00
All stays will include an $100.00 cleaning charge.

50% due at booking.
Rates do not include taxes of 12.6%
No Smoking or Pets
No refunds if cancellation occurs within 60 days of stay however deposit can be applied to another stay based on availability and rate within 12 months.
If you wish to have cleaning during your stay ask for price.
